Grr… TVATLAS.COM sucks.

Okay, I ordered my Dean Martin “Forever Cool” CD/DVD and coffee mug on the 12th of August.
I got an email on the 21st, NINE DAYS LATER, telling me that it was on backorder.
I pre-ordered!
So I replied to the email, asking why it took them nine days, 7 of which were after the official release (on the 14th), to tell me that my order was on hold.
Have I received a reply? Nope.
Should I cancel the order and go to the store to get it? Yep.
Will I? Probably not, because you can’t get the mug and other stuff anywhere but via TVATLAS.COM (the seller for the collection, among others)
I will say this though, and yes I will use my SEO knowledge to do so: tvAtlas is a slacker company. And if they don’t step up and make amends for this (or at the very least, answer my damn email) I’m going to ensure that they get top billing for the phrase “slacker company“. See?

Drag them through the mud…that’s brutal customer service.
Let me know f you don’t get any help and I’ll label them a ‘Slacker Company’ myself.

Me too! I love a good slacker parade branding. Maybe they should send you free stuff to make up for all your trouble. I hate when businesses don’t follow through.

What’s the point of pre-ordering? Geez. Maybe you should go “bonk” them over the head. The stuff we learn via Skype. :) LOL!
